I lead business development at IMAN Group, pricing and bidding for telecom managed-services contracts. I have 17.5 years in telecom, from field engineer to director, working on SLAs, KPIs, contracts, cost and field teams.
Focus
Four areas of my work. The fourth, digital and AI, is the one I am studying now.
Costing, pricing and submitting managed-services bids to telecom operators and tower companies, including O&M tenders for cell-on-wheels fleets and IBS and DAS networks.
Regional operations taken to SLA and KPI targets on STC and Huawei programs. Field and NOC teams on preventive and corrective maintenance, with the unit P&L owned.
Performance, planning, contract management, project management and quality assurance across the group. KPIs set and governed across departments, with a culture of accountability.
I am studying for a second MBA in Artificial Intelligence and the PMI-CPMAI certification. I also work with Power BI, forecasting and workflow automation.
